01 / THE FRICTION

You have a decision to make.

Maybe it is a career move. Maybe it is a relationship you want to handle with less friction. Maybe it is a goal you have carried for years without starting. Or maybe life already changed and you are the one who has to catch up.

  • You rewrite the same message three times before you send it.
  • You replay a conversation at night that everyone else has forgotten.
  • You put off the move you already know you want to make until you have more information.

When things get complicated, we wait for a feeling of certainty that never arrives. We get tangled in our thoughts and let the loudest fear in the room make the decision.

If you look on the internet, pop psychology is ready to give you a label like imposter syndrome, people pleaser, or perfectionist.

You may be here.

A decision

Re-reading messages, polling friends, and lying awake second-guessing a choice you already made.

A transition

Standing at a crossroads, or navigating a change you did not choose, without a clear sense of footing.

A stalled goal

Waiting for doubt or self-criticism to go away before you take the first real step.

A boundary

Over-explaining, apologizing, or keeping the peace at your own expense.

Labels can help guide us toward understanding ourselves better, but they rarely help motivate us into action.

02 / THE SHIFT

What actually changes

The goal is not to just think positive. It is to make better decisions while your mind is loud and the outcome is still unknown.

Waiting to feel certain

Deciding with what you already know

You make the decision on the information in front of you, not on a feeling of certainty that almost never arrives.

Arguing with every thought

Letting thoughts stay thoughts

Your mind keeps talking. You decide which of its sentences you act on and which you let pass.

Treating discomfort as a roadblock

Reading discomfort as a signal

Unease usually means something here matters to you. That is information, not a reason to stop.

Chasing goals that sound impressive

Building a meaningful life from your values

You get clear on what matters first, then set the goals that actually point there.

03 / THE OUTCOME

What you practice, and what you leave with.

  • 01Decisions you stop revisitingMake the decision with the information in front of you. Commit to it, move forward, and stop second-guessing yourself after the fact.
  • 02Staying grounded when faced with big changeNavigate an unexpected transition or a high-stakes shift without losing your footing or your sense of direction.
  • 03No more keeping the peaceSay what is actually true in difficult conversations. Hold a clear boundary without softening it, over-explaining, or apologizing for having one.
  • 04A clear filter for your time and energySeparate what actually matters to you from what merely sounds impressive or urgent. Know what gets a yes and what gets a no.
  • 05Action on the goals you keep putting offTake the next concrete step on a project or pivot that matters to you, without waiting for doubt to leave the room first.

You finish with a 90 day roadmap, not another stack of notes.

04 / THE METHOD

A practical way through the noise.

01

Live group coaching

Weekly calls where you bring your actual decision, goal, or transition and get coached on it alongside a small group.

02

Tools you practice live

Every week you learn one practical tool and try it on the call, on the real situation you brought with you. No homework, no reading list.

03

The Inner GPS framework

The Soulseeker method for hearing what your mind is saying, noticing what your body is telling you, and choosing a direction from your values.

The weekly rhythm.

  1. 01

    Live call

Two hours. Learn one tool and practice it in real time.

  2. 02

    Your real project

Apply the tool to the one situation you brought with you.

  3. 03

    Daily practice

A few minutes a day with the week's tool. Zero catch-up pressure.

  4. 04

    Reflect

Share notes or ask questions in the community between calls.

  5. 05

    Return

Come back to the next call with what actually shifted.

05 / THE CALLS

What a call feels like.

Practical, warm, and unhurried. You leave each call with something to use that week.

  1. 01

    One tool, taught clearly

Each call opens with a short teaching segment on that week's practice.

  2. 02

    Guided practice

We try the tool together, right there on the call, so it is not just an idea.

  3. 03

    Coaching on real situations

Lacy coaches on the decisions, changes, goals, and boundaries people bring in.

  4. 04

    A small, respectful group

Thoughtful people working on real things, with no performance and no pressure.

  5. 05

    One action to test

You leave with one small step to try before the next call.

06 / THE CURRICULUM

Four weeks. Four core practices.

On the first call you pick one real thing to work on. A project, a decision, a boundary, or a habit. Every week you practice on it, so the four weeks end with real movement, not just notes.

Week 1

How to Stop Overthinking Every Decision

You want to make a change, and your mind floods you with what ifs. So you overanalyze, put it off, or quit before you start.

Learn to spot the exact moment overthinking takes over, so you can make decisions you trust and stop second-guessing them later. You will also pick the one real goal you will work on for all four weeks.

Week 2

How to Quiet Self-Doubt and Imposter Syndrome

Arguing with a self critical thought only makes it louder and leaves you tired.

Learn to hear “I'm not ready” and “who am I to do this” without letting them stop you. No arguing with your mind, and no fake positive thinking.

Week 3

How to Stay Calm Under Pressure

A tight chest or a knot in your stomach makes you want to avoid the hard task altogether.

Learn a 60-second reset for the moments that make your chest tighten, like a hard conversation, a big meeting, or an email you keep avoiding, so stress stops making your decisions for you.

Week 4

Stop Waiting for Perfect and Start Taking Action

You spend so much energy keeping everyone happy that you lose track of what you want, then hold off until it can be perfect.

Get clear on what matters most to you, take a small imperfect step toward it, and leave with a 90-day plan to keep going when the course ends.

11 / QUESTIONS

Before you join.

Who is this course for?

This course is built specifically for overthinkers, creatives, managers, and high performers, including people with ADHD tendencies, who find themselves stuck in loops of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or decision paralysis. If you have an active mind, high standards, and a tendency to get in your own way when the stakes are high, this is designed for you.

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for two hours a week for the live session, plus a few minutes a day to practice that week's tool. It is designed specifically to fit into a full-time work schedule without adding cognitive overwhelm.

What if I can’t make every live call?

Every live session is recorded and uploaded to the private portal within 24 hours. You can submit questions in advance if you know you’ll miss a date, and the private community space remains open throughout the week for ongoing support and coaching feedback.

What if I fall behind?

There is no “falling behind.” There is no reading to keep up with. Every skill and framework is taught live on the calls, and recordings are posted within 24 hours.

Can I join from different time zones?

Yes. Live calls are held on Tuesdays, 7:00 to 9:00 PM Eastern. Every live session is recorded and uploaded to the private portal within 24 hours if you cannot attend live.

How long do I have access to the materials?

To protect the privacy and confidentiality of our live coaching calls, session recordings remain available in the portal during the four-week program and for 3 weeks after our final session.

All core frameworks, PDF guides, and exercise worksheets are yours to download and keep forever. Additionally, your private WhatsApp group remains open so you can stay connected and continue supporting each other as alumni.

Is this therapy?

No. This is an active coaching and skills-training program informed by the evidence-based principles of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). While ACT is widely used in clinical settings, this course focuses on behavioral execution, executive presence, boundary setting, and managing internal resistance in your everyday work and life. It is not a clinical mental health treatment.

I’m already in therapy. Is this redundant?

Not at all. Most of our participants work with a therapist. While therapy often explores the root causes of past experiences, Thanks, Brain, for Sharing is a real-time behavioral training ground. It provides tactical, day-to-day tools you can immediately apply in your meetings, creative projects, and personal decisions.
